By using cogextai.com or joining the COGEXT waitlist, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and clear.

1. What this is

COGEXT is a developer SDK and backend service for tracking AI agent commitments. It is currently in pre-launch development. This website (cogextai.com) provides product information and a waitlist signup.

The service itself is not yet available for general use. These terms cover your use of this website. Separate terms will apply when the product launches.

2. Who can use this site

You must be at least 16 years old to submit your email to the waitlist. By submitting, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the email you provide is yours.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this site without permission
• Use this site to send spam or harass anyone
• Interfere with the site's normal operation

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for either party. We may:

• Email you about COGEXT updates, launch news, and early access opportunities
• Offer the first 100 signups a 50% discount on Pro tier when COGEXT launches (this is an intention, not a contract)
• Remove you from the list at any time without notice

5. Intellectual property

The COGEXT name, logo, designs, and content on this site are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for normal browser caching and personal sharing of links to public pages.

Code snippets shown on this site (like the SDK integration example) are illustrative — you may reference them freely.

6. No warranties

This site and any information on it are provided "as is". We make no warranties about:

• The accuracy or completeness of information shown
• Whether COGEXT will launch on any specific timeline
• Whether features described will be available in the final product
• Continuous availability of this website

Pricing, features, and timelines shown on this site are preliminary and may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim related to this site is limited to ₹1,000 INR.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as COGEXT evolves. The current version is always at this URL with the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers where possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
